There are many good reasons to have a professional inspection conducted on home before you buy or sell, or if it is going under construction. The most important reason if for an honest and unbiased look into the condition of what is or is soon to be yours. You can trust that your inspector has your needs in mind rather than that of the financial institution or contractor.
What We Offer
Your pre-purchase home inspection is a visual examination of the readily-accessible areas of a home to provide an accurate evaluation of the home’s condition at the time of inspection. The purpose is to disclose defects in the property that could affect its safety, livability or resale value. They are not meant to disclose cosmetic defects. The evaluation is presented to you in a comprehensive report so you can be fully informed of the home’s condition prior to purchase.
Pre-Listing Inspections are a great resource for anyone selling a home. Before the home is listed, we inspect it for any damages and defects that a seller may want to address before potential buyers visit.
Re-Inspections ensure that all agreed-upon repairs and upgrades have been properly completed. Following up the General Home Inspection, we revisit the home checking any changes that have been made since our last visit
You cannot see, smell, or taste radon. But it still may be a problem in your home. When you breathe air containing radon, you increase your risk of getting lung cancer. We take the testing of radon very seriously and offer testing to to make sure the home is safe.
New homes that come with a one-year warranty for builder’s defects should be inspected for any issues during the 11th month. Doing so give you time to make sure you can get the covered defects repaired before the warranty expires.
This type of inspection is performed periodically to ensure the health and safety of the your family and to protect your real estate investment. Proper maintenance is imperative to maintaining a safe living environment and for maximizing property values.
Our goal is to make your home inspections process as easy and efficient as possible. We’ll discuss the inspection process and what you can expect from it.
